Searles Leisure Resort is situated on the beautiful North West Norfolk Coast and is able to offer everything your conference, function, activity day or special event requires. Located just 200 metres from the sea, and 12 miles from Kings Lynn on the A149.

Searles is an ideal venue, providing large function rooms suitable for, exhibitions, dinner dances, conferences and meetings, with leisure facilities and accommodation fro groups of 5 to 500 people. Searles has many years of experience in providing this type of service and our versatility and quality of service means that we welcome back groups year after year.

Accommodation

Overnight stays are available for up to 500 delegates in our centrally-heated and double glazed accommodation. All offer the comforts of home including colour TV, shower rooms and beds freshly made up for your arrival. Ranging from two to four rooms, each accommodation can be booked on a half or full board basis, or self catering as all have fully equipped kitchens.

Exhibition, Conference and Function Rooms

Searles has three main function rooms the new state of the art Town Plaza is ideal for exhibitions or large dinner dances, the Sundowner Room caters for Large functions seating up to 500 people theatre style, whereas the Mariners Room seats 150 and connects to our split-level restaurant.

Full waiter and bar service are available and catering facilities allow for sit-down meals, buffets and refreshments can be provided throughout any event. All rooms are air-conditioned and can be
equipped with PA and presentation systems, Internet points are available rooms are also Wyfi enabled. Smaller rooms are available for breakout sessions and smaller meetings.

Leisure facilities

For guests and delegates the use of indoor leisure
facilities is complementary and unlimited. The central leisure complex comprises a heated indoor pool, sauna and Jacuzzi along with gymnasium offering aerobic and weight resistance machines as well as free weights and other exercise equipment. Reflections Hair and Beauty Salon is based above the pool area, with a range of services from hairdressing to relaxing Elemis massages all available to help you unwind after a hard day.

Also available is our nine hole golf course, the par 34 links style course is surrounded by water, with large greens and natural features that provides a challenge for beginners and experienced golfers. A driving range, bowls green and fishing lakes are also located at
the golf course.

The golf club house with its restaurant and bar provides superb views of the course and marshes, and is the base for golf and activity days and informal meetings.
