One day event in the Sundowner with buffet lunch and accommodation as required by individual guests.
- Reception to deal with guests as pre booked accommodation, 1, 2 or 3 nights booked depended on guest's requirements.
- PA system set up for announcements and product talks.

Access to Sundowner for Exhibition and product set up.
Evening meal available at the Country Club for those guests staying over. (At additional cost, 3 choices from Menu.)
Sunday:
7.30 - 9.30
Breakfast served in the Mariners Restaurant (at additional cost).

Sundowner open for guests, residential and non residential day visitors, tea, coffee and biscuits available.
Reception to be aware that the iIndividual talks and presentations of equipment to take place throughout the day as specified by the organisers.

Buffet lunch served in the Sundowner, for all guests and exhibitors.

Tea, coffee and biscuits available.
17.00
Exhibition close - organisers to break down stands.
19.30 - 9.30
