Over the past few years we have established an excellent knowledge of what people require for their individual conference. Organisations return year after year for one, two or three day conferences.

• 1 day conferences - 5-500 delegates with full catering available.
• 2/3 day conferences - 5-500 delegates with full
  catering and accommodation.

Thanks to the wide variety of rooms available at Searles all conferences are flexible in terms of seating arrangements, numbers of delegates and the individual demands of your company.

The Sundowner

The Sundowner is the largest of our rooms suitable for conferences or meetings - it is ideal for large presentations, show or displays. apable of seating 500 people Theatre style, the Sundowner Room includes a stage with PA system as well as Bar for easy access to refreshments during the event.

The Mariners Room

The Mariners is ideal for the medium size conference, capable of seating 150 theatre style, it has the space and flexibility to cater for most types of seating arrangements. With easy access to the bar and restaurant the mariners room is also ideal for dinner breaks and evening meals.

The Poolside Room

Adjacent to the Mariners room, the poolside room is a light and airy room overlooking the outdoor pool, although able to cater for 50 people it makes an ideal breakout room for brainstorming and small group exercises.

The Country Club

For a more relaxed conference or meeting prior to an afternoon of leisure activities the country club provides panoramic views of the golf course, bowls green and marshes.

Rooms are also available for break out sessions for group subjects.

All rooms have a full range of presentation equipment and are air conditioned. We provide tea and coffee on arrival as well as refreshments and buffet or sit down lunches as required throughout the day. Evening entertainment can be arranged including formal dances or banquets to end the conference. All conference delegates and event participants staying with us have complimentary use of leisure facilities and reduced green fees on our golf course.
